All UK mainland orders are shipped FREE of charge shortly after 5th of each month via Royal Mail or DPD.
The standard delivery time once shipped is 3-5 working days
For orders outside mainland UK simply select your country at checkout
All orders are packaged with care and attention to ensure your order is delivered in perfect condition.
Return & Exchange
You order is eligible for a full refund anytime before shipping.
Once your order has been shipped we only accept returns for refund if your order is damaged. Proof of the damage will be required before a refund or Exchange can be offered.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, you can request a replacement or refund once the order has been returned to us at our cost. If you need help with a return/replacement please contact us
As we are a mystery box service you can NOT request an Exchange or refund if you simply do not like your order.
If you find that we have sent you a Funko pop that you already own then this does not make you eligible for a refund or Exchange, however if you send us a picture of both pops together we will give you a one time use code for 20% off your next order.
